GenTIS recently successful delivery and commissioning of 5 units 1000KW high-voltage power gen-set to a major gold mining operation in the Siberia region.

This deployment is designed to provide a highly reliable and safe power supply, critical for the mine’s demanding operational environment. The new units will deliver the substantial and consistent electrical power required to support essential mining equipment, including industrial drills, ventilation systems, ore crushers, and conveyance networks, ensuring uninterrupted and efficient production cycles. Mining operations present unique challenges for electrical infrastructure, including exposure to corrosive liquids, combustible dust, extreme temperature variations, and significant mechanical vibrations.

Furthermore, power quality issues such as voltage sags, surges, and harmonic distortion are common and can lead to costly downtime and equipment failure.To address these challenges, the GenTIS high-voltage units were selected for their engineered resilience and integrated safety features. The design prioritizes operational reliability even under the harshest conditions, helping to mitigate the risks of power interruptions that can compromise safety systems and halt production.
